Plan now to attend the Canola Council of Canada's
41st annual convention to be held in conjunction with the National Institute
of Oilseed Products' (NIOP) at the Boca Raton Resort on Florida's Gold
Coast, Sunday, March 9 through Tuesday, March 11, 2008.
This jointly planned convention is THE oilseed
event of the year featuring:
- Roundtable industry scan on Sunday afternoon
- Monday's panel on new developments in trans fat
solutions
- Monday lunch speaker Daniel Esty, co-author of
Green to Gold
- Tuesday's discussion of oilseeds destined for food
and bio-materials
- Tuesday evening's gala food fest
