Canola oil’s market potential in India is huge, as edible oil demand in the country is forecasted to reach 21.3 million tonnes by 2015, said RPS Kholi, director and CEO of Jivo Wellness in The Financial Express. "We believe that canola cooking oil is Mother Nature’s gift to mankind, and arguably, the healthiest cooking medium known," he said.
