Canola Oil Makes Butter Better

Not all butter substitutes are alike. Consumer Reports evaluated 15 butter substitutes for taste, texture and nutrition. Land O’Lakes Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil earned an excellent rating with sensory panelists describing it as "tasting just like whipped butter." According to the publication, "You want to avoid butter substitutes that have trans fat, which is more damaging to the heart and body than saturated fat."
