Restart Those Resolutions

Drs. Mehmet Oz and Michael Roizen stand up to the recent suggestion that saturated fat is not as bad as it seems in The Buffalo News. Instead, they point to the wealth of evidence to the contrary. A Spanish study found a diet based on good fats, like the ones found in canola oil, can reduce heart attack and stroke risk by 30 percent, compared to a diet high in saturated fat.
