Stock Up on Top 10 Pantry Essentials

CanolaInfo’s “Pantry Perfect” campaign, featuring a list of essential ingredients to keep on hand for healthy cooking, drew major media attention this January.

Campaign spokesperson Sarah-Jane Bedwell, a registered dietitian and book author, spoke with 20 radio stations across the country about key pantry basics, including canola oil, to help prepare healthy meals in minutes. A news story showcasing the “Top 10” list and a campaign recipe appeared on more than 230 websites with a potential audience of 73 million visitors per day. Another article ran in more than 2,100 small-market news outlets in all 50 U.S. states.
