Millions "Discover Canola Oil" with CanolaInfo News Release

A Dec. 30 social media release on "The Professional Chef Discovers Canola Oil" e-learning module by The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and CanolaInfo garnered more than 120 million impressions due to pick-up by Yahoo!, Yahoo! Canada and Reuters among many other media outlets. The release highlighted ethnic–inspired recipes, including Tunisian Spiced Chicken Skewers, Brick-Pressed Cuban-Inspired Sandwiches and Spicy Beijing Noodles, in keeping with current food trends. Video demos by CIA chef-instructors make the recipes easy for home chefs.
