Follow five simple steps to win one of five terrific prizes! Learn more at Facebook.com/CanolaInfo.
1. Pick a recipe from The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) e-learning module, “The Professional Chef Discovers Canola Oil,” at www.ciaprochef.com/canola.
2. Become a fan of CanolaInfo on Facebook (Facebook.com/CanolaInfo).
3. Watch a free online cooking video.
4. Try your hand at making the same recipe.
5. Take a picture or video of the dish you made with a CIA recipe and post it on our Facebook page with a 25+ word description of your experience.
If you’re a savvy home chef or just someone interested in learning a few more cooking techniques, check out the CanolaInfo CIAProChef.com Challenge. Simply visit our Culinary Institute of America e-learning module, cook one of the recipes and post either a photo or video with at least 25 words of description on the CanolaInfo Facebook page. Of course, the recipes are challenging, but the chef who puts in the most effort will receive an All-Clad Gourmet Accessories Panini Pan with Press, while four runner-up winners will receive one set of Flex-It Measuring Cups. Get cooking, because the last day for submissions is Sunday, Feb. 28!
