Canola Oil Gets "Good" Label

Two dietitians gave the skinny on how to read fat labels, just in time for "the season of eating." The good: mono- and polyunsaturated fat, which are found in canola oil; the bad: saturated fat, large amounts of which are found in meat, eggs, butter and cream; and the ugly: trans fat, found in chips and fried foods – and to be avoided at all times.
