What is Canola Oil?

Canola oil was featured as the answer to the long-running quiz show "Jeopardy" on Jan. 11. The question in "Final Jeopardy" – when three contestants wager their money earned from two previous rounds – had to propose the question to the answer "Keith Downey developed rapeseed into this cooking product, now a huge cash crop for farmers in Saskatchewan." All three contestants answered incorrectly, but two came close to the correct answer, which was, of course, canola oil.
