CanolaInfo Cooking Demo Video Hot Among Health Pros

On May 9, the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE) aired CanolaInfo’s “How to Cook Like a Pro in a Healthy Cooking Demo” video webinar with culinary expert Tori Ritchie, followed by a live Q&A between Ritchie and participants. The webinar maxed out with 200 registrants, however, it will be posted on the AADE website so members who missed the live webinar can still receive continuing education (CE) credit. A record of nearly 2,000 dietitians watched the same video for CE credit on the website of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition (SCAN) practice group. Due to its popularity, the video availability time was extended on SCAN’s website until May 18. The video is also posted on CanolaInfo’s website!
