Counting the Reasons to Use Canola Oil

The canola oil versus vegetable oil campaign continues to generate media coverage this month.  The Kentucky Kernel, Daily Union, and The Sun Chronicle featured “4 Reasons to Use Canola Oil”, while The Sun Chronicle even added a fifth reason. Spokesperson Sarah-Jane Bedwell, RD, shared a cooking demonstration of her favorite southern biscuit recipe on Twitter. She uses canola oil to take a classic southern dish and turn it into a heart friendly staple.
