Curb Saturated Fats with Healthier Street Eats

Grabbing a quick bite from a street vendor might not always be the healthiest dining option, but there are a few trucks out there that are trying to appeal to conscious consumers. The Huffington Post recently named the top 10, giving a special shout out to the GMonkey Mobile in Durham, Conn. The vegetarian, eco-friendly food truck runs on biofuel and sources most of its ingredients from local farms and food producers. Sweet potato fries cooked in canola oil is one of GMonkey’s most popular specialties.
