Bobby Flay Cooks with Canola Oil
Canola oil remains a popular choice on the Food Network, particularly with Bobby Flay. “I like to use canola oil because it’s a very light oil,” he says while brushing zucchini skewers on a grill. “I don’t want the flavour [of oil] getting in the way of the flavour of the food. Olive oil has a very strong flavour and I like to use it to finish things but I like to cook with canola oil.”
