Healthy Stamp of Approval

Chef Joyce Chen, a pioneer in Chinese cooking in the U.S., is one of five celebrity chefs to be honored by the U.S. Postal Service with her own postage stamp. Through her 1962 cookbook and her own PBS TV show, Chen introduced Americans to authentic, healthier Chinese food and her restaurants were among the first to cook with heart-smart canola oil.
