The holidays may be over, but you don’t need to give up tasty treats if you make them more healthful, suggests registered dietitian Zannat Reza in The National Post. “When it comes to a lot of muffin recipes, I tend to use canola oil just because it has that neutral taste and also has that source of plant omega-3s which are heart healthy,” she says, offering a recipe for double chocolate-zucchini muffins made with canola oil in place of butter.
