Maintain a Healthy Manly Weight

June is Men’s Health Month and maintaining a healthy weight is a concern for many men. The Albany Democrat-Herald suggests eating a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, legumes and whole grains to prevent obesity, which is linked to several long-term health concerns. The author also recommends cooking with vegetable oils, especially those rich in monounsaturated oils, such as canola oil.
