National Nutrition Month

Meals can be healthy and mouthwatering, thanks in part to canola oil! March is National Nutrition Month and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is encouraging people to “Savor the Flavor of Eating Right.” As inspiration, Roberta Duyff, MS, RD, FAND, created a regional seafood favorite for The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. This dish features canola oil as the base for a tangy dressing atop a jicama and shrimp salad.
