- 2 Tbsp canola oil 30 mL
- 1/4 cup sodium reduced soy sauce 60 mL
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar 30 mL
- 1 Tbsp freshly minced ginger 15 mL
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil 15 mL
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp pepper 2 mL
- 1. Combine canola oil, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, sesame oil, garlic and pepper. Mix well. Excellent for beef, pork or lamb.
